Ciel de Jade is a recognized fund registered with the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC) under the Securities and Investment Business Act, 2010 (SIBA).

Registration with the BVI FSC does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the Fund by the BVI FSC.
